The first thing we need is for you to complete our online application. This gives us all the information we need to start processing you into our system. Your application is not considered complete until we have received a photo of your government ID and Crew ID for employment verification.
For security purposes, we double check that you are actively employed with a legitimate airline or government agency. To achieve this, we require proof of employment and a copy of your government ID. To submit your crew ID click on the button below.
Should you like to move forward in reserving your spot, a one-time processing fee is required.
Your host may require a deposit. The deposit guarantees placement at the crash pad. A bed is not considered yours until you pay the refundable deposit.
Step 5: Receive Welcome Info
Once your application is processed, the property manager will follow up with you with all the information you will need to get started. And you’re all set! We hope your stay is pleasant and comfortable! Remember to carefully read the agreement you sign, follow rules, and to respect your community. We expect you to provide 30 days’ notice when possible. We hope to receive positive feedback about your stay!
24 Hour Happiness Guarantee
Our hope is that you love the crashpad! However, we know that crashpad life isn’t for everyone. With that in mind, we created the 24 Hour Happiness Guarantee. Within 24 hours of your arrival, if you are unhappy for any reason, just let us know and vacate the premises. We will refund you your deposit and your first month’s rent back to you within 24-48 hours. The only thing you will pay is the application fee. We encourage our affiliate properties to maintain this same guarantee. You can check if an affiliate has a guarantee if they have our badge on their listing image.
