To accommodate your needs, all of our private rooms are affordable, secure and fully furnished without a long-term commitment. We‘ve made the application and onboarding process easy and convenient using the latest technology. Our online payment & invoicing system, as well as our client dashboard, make everything accessible from your smartphone, wherever you may be! We take it a step further by providing a maintenance notification system as well.

All too often we hear about crew members signing an annual lease and making a long-term commitment without knowing what the future holds. This can often result in broken friendships, a dent in your credit and financial stress. This is why we’re offering an alternative to better suit your lifestyle that won’t break the bank.
When your 3-month term has ended, you’re welcome to continue your stay on a month-to-month basis. We simply ask that you provide notice 30 days before vacating in order to receive your full deposit refund.
